Stages of our wedding planning: 1) Weeeeee we’re getting married!!!!!!! 2) Ok, let’s google a checklist, it will make it easier & cheaper to do it ourselves. 3) There is so much to do. 4) Hire sixteenfourteen events 5) Holy crap, it’s the wedding day! 6) Our wedding was perfect! Jojo at SFE did it all perfectly, on-time & somehow entirely calm. I can not recommend SFE enough.

I'd give Jojo and team a sixth star if I could!
We got married in the Bay Area, and we were so lucky to have Jojo working her magic all the way from LA. Can't stress enough how organized, responsive, sweet and thorough she is! Weeks before the big day, she picked up all vendor communication and made sure all the fine details were covered with them so that we didn't have to sweat it- definitely would have been losing my mind without her. She was super detailed and accommodating, and we knew we could trust her with everything since she would bring up ideas I would have never thought of.
On the day of the wedding, she and her team handled everything super effortlessly. Decor was on point, schedule on perfect time. Literally didn't have to think twice about a thing because she had the day in order and was able to work with any changes or decisions needed on the fly. Quick and flawless under pressure.
As soon as the wedding was over, the husband and I hopped in a car and left, and Jojo took care of the rest. Had NO idea where any of our things went after the night LOL but she kindly delivered all of our belongings and gifts to our hotel room the next morning. What would I have done without her!
Hiring her was the best decision.

Jojo single-handedly took care of our 130 person destination wedding in Hawaii. She did it with such ease and professionalism [...] Our first meeting with Jojo happened to be near the wedding venue she was at the night before. The florist for that wedding was grabbing coffee where we were at and said to me "You guys are making the right choice. She is the best wedding planner I've ever worked with". You know what, we hired her that day and she was so right! Jojo is the absolute best. She kept us on track from the very beginning, gave great insight and advice, is very knowledgeable about the industry, and made the entire wedding planning journey manageable. She is so calm, organized, and easy to communicate with (via text/email/in person). She never hesitated to lend a helping hand, see how we were doing, and take tasks off of our hands.
